Great dishes start with great ingredients. It’s no exaggeration to say that choosing the right ingredients makes the dish. Team MOSS visits the sources whenever possible - to experience the land, taste the flavors, fall in love, get inspired, and create new dishes. Welcome to a world of Waryu-Yosai - a fusion of Japanese, Okinawan, and Western styles inspired by the rich food culture of Okinawa.

Our tasting event at HOUSE Brooklyn in New York was a wonderful opportunity to connect with local chefs and distributors while sharing the richness of Okinawa’s food, culture, and craftsmanship.

Our next destination is Paris, France.
In mid-September, MOSS Okinawa will once again share the flavors and culture of Okinawa with the world at our upcoming event in Paris.

Please note that our restaurant will be temporarily closed during this period.
If you are planning to visit us, we warmly recommend making a reservation between September 1–5 or September 18–30.
Thank you for your continued support, and we look forward to welcoming you to MOSS Okinawa.
