We roast carefully sourced ingredients from Okinawa and across Japan in a 500°C stone oven. Our cuisine combines French techniques with Japanese, Ryukyuan, spice, and medicinal elements — a style we call "Waryu-Yosai." We invite you to experience this unique culinary world.
Our drink selection is chosen based on the chef’s inspiration for each dish. Centered around wine and sake, it also includes Orion beer and awamori. Each drink is selected to pair perfectly with the food, whether you're looking for a refined pairing or a unique flavor. We also offer more than three non-alcoholic options, including house-made drinks, so everyone can enjoy the experience.
