Team MOSS visits the sources whenever possible - to experience the land, taste the flavors, fall in love, get inspired, and create new dishes. We will be open for dinner from December 27, 2025 to January 4, 2026. Please note that we will be closed on December 30.

Okinawa has cooled down a little, but it’s the perfect season to enjoy the island with just a light long-sleeve layer. We invite you to spend this time in Okinawa and savor our course that showcases the island’s traditions and seasonal flavors.

この度、18日からお店をクローズし、11月21日・22日の2日間シンガポールにある姉妹店 @mosscrosstokyo.sg で開催された南会津の日本酒イベントに料理監修として参加してきました。

シェフが考案した南会津産の食材を使用した特別メニューを美味しい日本酒とともにシンガポールのお客様にお楽しみいただけたかと思います。

明日11月27日より営業を再開いたします。

We temporarily closed the restaurant from November 18th as I traveled to our sister restaurant in Singapore to oversee the food for a special Minamiaizu sake event held on the 21st and 22nd.
We introduced a special menu featuring ingredients from Minamiaizu, served alongside delicious sake, and we hope our guests in Singapore enjoyed this unique experience.

We will reopen tomorrow, November 27th, and we look forward to welcoming you back.

伊勢海老は古くから伊勢志摩の名産として知られており、三重が世界に誇る逸品。
海水温が下がりはじめる10月から1月が最も旬だと言われており、ぷりぷりとしてほんのり甘味のある味が特徴です。
現在のコースでも使用しておりますで、ぜひ当店で旬の伊勢海老をお楽しみください。

The Japanese spiny lobster, long celebrated as a specialty of the Ise-Shima region, is one of Mie’s finest treasures.
Its peak season is said to be from October to January, when the seawater begins to cool. During this time, the lobster’s texture becomes firm and springy, with a subtle natural sweetness.
It is currently featured in our course menu — we invite you to savor this seasonal delicacy at our restaurant.

シンガポールにある姉妹店 @mosscrosstokyo.sg で開催される南会津の日本酒イベントにて料理監修を務めるため、 11月18日（火）〜11月26日（水）までお店をお休みさせていただきます。

12月より冬メニューへと変更予定のため、現在の秋メニューは11月末までとなります。
来月は営業日が少なくなっておりますが、上記以外の日程でご来店いただけましたら幸いです。
皆様にはご不便をおかけいたしますが、何卒よろしくお願いいたします。

The MOSS Okinawa team will be traveling to Singapore to oversee the cuisine for a special Aizu sake event at our sister restaurant @mosscrosstokyo.sg . Please note that the restaurant will be closed from Tuesday, November 18 to Wednesday, November 26.
As our winter menu will launch in December, we will have limited operating days in November. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and would be grateful if you could visit us on other available dates.

MOSSの世界を堪能していただく前にお腹を温め準備を整える意味を込め、野菜、豚、鶏のお出汁に和漢薬膳師の資格を持つシェフがオリジナル配合をしたスパイスやハーブを加え、食材の旨味を最大限に引き出した身体の奥底から染み渡るスープ。

The first dish to begin your meal is our “Yakuzen Bouillon Soup.”
Before immersing yourself in the world of MOSS, this soup gently warms the body and prepares it for the experience ahead. Made from a rich broth of vegetables, pork, and chicken, it is infused with a unique blend of spices and herbs specially created by our chef, a certified Japanese herbal cuisine specialist. This comforting soup draws out the natural umami of the ingredients and nourishes you from within.
