中村 寿之
TOSHIYUKI NAKAMURA
Born in Kanagawa Prefecture.
Started helping at his father’s restaurant at the age of 12. In high school, he was recruited for tennis and participated in the National High School Championships.
Trained under Chef Monsieur Sakai at La Rochelle for 10 years before becoming independent.
Opened a café and guesthouse in Nakijin Village, Okinawa. He was invited by CEO Inoue to join I.P.S. Co., Ltd.,

2021; The Executive Chef at "GRILL POT HOUSE"
2023; The 2nd Executive Chef at "MOSS Okinawa"
2024; Selected as one of the Focus Chefs for Diners Club France Restaurant Week

KAZUKI KODAMA
Born in Yamagata Prefecture.
Graduated from École Tsuji Tokyo. Gained basic culinary experience at a restaurant in Yokohama, then worked at Michelin one-star "Restaurant-I". Joined I.P.S., contributing to the opening of "CROSS TOKYO" and became a sommelier in the 2nd year.
Gained experience at auberges in Yakushima and Izu, then spent about 3 years in Australia and New Zealand training at wineries and wine bars.

2025; Manager of "MOSS Okinawa"
