Toshiyuki Nakamura

Born in Kanagawa Prefecture, Toshiyuki Nakamura started working for his father and father's restaurant at the age of 12. He was recommended to play tennis at high school. He participated in the inter-high school tennis tournament.

Studied under Chef Monsieur Sakai at La Rochelle for 10 years before going out on his own. After 10 years of study, he went out on his own and opened a café and homestay in Nakijin village, Okinawa. He was invited to join I.P.S. in 2020 by Inoue and Masuzane, who had been close friends for a long time, and became sous chef of the main restaurant "CROSS TOKYO". In 2023, he will become the bi-national chef of "MOSS Okinawa (Kiln French - Japanese)". He is also a Chinese herbalist, a sommelier and a Dahti (Chinese tea) advisor.

Sho Aoki

Born in Saitama Prefecture, Sho Aoki graduated from Nippon Hotel School in 2018. During his studies, he worked in the service of many hotels and restaurants in Tokyo, and joined I.P.S. Inc. in 2018. In 2020, he became the youngest assistant manager of the main restaurant CROSS TOKYO. 2021, he opened CROSS WONDER DINING in Iwaki, Fukushima, and became the manager. 2023, he opened MOSS WONDER DINING in MOSSURA, Fukushima, and became the manager. In 2023, he was appointed manager of "MOSS Okinawa (Kiln French - Japanese)". He has been leading Cross Group's hospitality philosophy not only in restaurant service but also in producing parties for corporations and local development events, and supporting wedding parties for more than 150 brides and grooms a year as a captain.
